Just a little chat about how full life has been lately and the small ways I’m learning to be more intentional with my husband. It’s easy to fall into the “I’m doing this” “well I’m doing this” mindset but this season has reminded us that marriage isn’t always 50 50. Some weeks he carries 80% of the house load while I focus on work. Other weeks like this one he’s giving 100% to work so I do what I can to hold it down at home. When you start viewing marriage as a team effort where the goal is to love and serve one another well there’s so much more freedom and peace. 🤍
